Paul Gordon is the Founder of Efficiency Frontier Partners, an energy and utilities advisory firm built for commercial real estate decision-makers who think like CFOs. With 15 years of experience leading global energy and sustainability programs for leading companies, including CBRE, Amazon, WeWork, MedStar Health - and a Yale MBA focused on capital allocation and risk optimization, Paul brings boardroom fluency to building performance and capital allocation strategy.
His work lives at the intersection of real estate, energy systems, and infrastructure investment. Paul has designed and operationalized global energy management and procurement programs, led utility transformation initiatives, and helped companies unlock millions in verified cost and carbon savings through targeted, ROI-positive improvements.
Efficiency Frontier Partners is Paul’s entrepreneurial platform to help CRE owners, investors, and family offices de-risk capital plans, optimize energy spend, and reposition underperforming assets. Every engagement is structured with financial rigor and tailored for decision-makers who need energy solutions that make sense on both a spreadsheet and an investment memo.
Paul lives in Park City, Utah, and is building this national practice to support real estate innovation, and eventually drive impact through acquiring and reviving distressed Class B/C assets through energy-led value creation.
